Christmas at Charleston Place

It has become an annual tradition that we meet my wife’s family for formal tea at Charleston Place at Christmas. This is a fun time to be with family, but I also love it because I get to see the trains that are set up in the lobby. I will tell you honestly that every little boy in the place, and many a little girl, is entranced by this delightful railway. And you don’t have to be young in age, only young at heart, to be considered a little child at Christmas.

  • Hey Michael, I’m enjoying your postcards! Especially the photos of the frost. This post reminds me that I want to take my boys to see this train at Charleston Place. It is pretty awesome!

That train setup is awesome, and my son and I look forward to seeing it every year. Part of the fun is watching the very little kids watch it with mouths wide open and pointing fingers.

And thanks for stopping by! You and Amanda are inspiring me to write and blog more. I really need to get back into it.
